Support

Puzzle Almanac is made by one person. Mail reaches me directly and I answer every message.

Restoring a purchase

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to the Apple Account that bought them, so make sure the device is signed in to that account. If a subscription still does not appear, email me with the date of purchase and I will sort it out.

Managing or cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by me. On your device open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling there stops future renewals and keeps your access until the period ends.

Refunds

All payments go through Apple, so refunds do too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. I cannot issue a refund myself, but tell me what went wrong and I will try to fix it.

My streak disappeared

Streaks and puzzle history are stored on your device, not on a server, so deleting the app or switching to a new device clears them. There is no account to restore them from. This is the trade for an app that needs no sign-up and keeps nothing about you.

How the daily works

Everyone gets the same puzzle each day. Start on 1 and draw one unbroken line that visits the numbers in order and passes through every cell exactly once, never crossing a wall. Every puzzle is machine-checked to have exactly one solution, so you never have to guess — if you are stuck, deduction will get you there.

Past puzzles stay playable. In the app they are in the archive; in a browser they are at puzzlealmanac.com/play, free and with no account.

Reporting a bug or asking for a feature

Email me. Including your device model and the app version (Settings → About) makes it much faster to track down.

Privacy

The app has no accounts, no ads and no advertising trackers. The full policy is at puzzlealmanac.com/privacy.
